Shipping & Handling
- We do our best to send out all purchases promptly—most are shipped within a few hours of ordering.
- Yes, that includes weekends and holidays in most cases.
- During especially busy times, your order may take 1–2 days to leave our facility. We’ll keep you in the loop via support@gifts4sis.com if anything changes.
Rates & Arrival Times
- Your shipping cost is calculated based on your location and chosen speed, and will be shown during checkout.
- General delivery windows:
- Standard: 5–7 business days
- Fast: 2–3 business days
- International: 7–14 business days depending on your country
- Note: delays can happen due to weather, customs, or carrier slowdowns.
Tracking Details
- Once your order is on the way, you’ll get an email with tracking info.
- Tracking links usually go live within a day after shipment.
International Orders
- Gifts4Sis.com does not cover taxes or import fees charged by your country.
- Any customs duties, VAT, or other local charges are your responsibility.
Damaged or Missing Packages
- If something arrives broken or doesn’t show up, we’re here to help—but please note that Gifts4Sis.com can’t take responsibility for carrier-related damage or loss.
- In such cases, we recommend opening a claim directly with the courier.
- Hang on to all packaging and contents until your issue is resolved.
