1. Who Can Request a Refund
- Refunds must be requested within 30 days of when your order was delivered.
- We accept returns regardless of condition—whether the item is opened or not.
2. What’s Not Returnable
- Any item marked “final sale” or on clearance cannot be returned or refunded.
3. How Refunds Work
a. Submitting a Request
Email our support team at support@gifts4sis.com and include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. If the item is damaged or faulty, we may request a few quick photos.
b. Sending Items Back
If your request is approved, we’ll email you return instructions. All returns should be sent to: 95 Arlington Avenue Apt 210, Bloomfield, New Jersey 07003. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
c. Getting Your Money Back
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 1–5 business days. It typically appears in your account within 7–10 business days after approval.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
- Received something broken or not what you ordered? Let us know within 7 days of delivery.
- Email support@gifts4sis.com with your order details and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund—including return shipping if needed.
5. Haven’t Seen Your Refund Yet?
- If it’s been over 10 business days since your return was accepted and you haven’t seen the credit:
- Check your bank or credit card provider—sometimes refunds take a few extra days to reflect.
